They forgot my 2ltr of pop one time. That's the only bad thing that I can say. The app makes ordering and reordering easy and simple. The workers are fast, respectful, and know what they're doing.

Ordered at 8:23 pm. We order there quite frequently. The staff member that answered the phone sounded like she was under the influence of something. She took our address down wrong which resulted in the driver not knowing where she was going and cold pizza. We are faithful customers and this is ridiculous. Didn’t receive our food until 9:30 when was told 30 min. Very disappointed.

The food is good. Customer service is ridiculous. Didn't receive my full carryout order due to an incompetent employee. Called in and was told the rest of my order will be delivered ASAP. Great, problem solved. 20 minutes later they call me back and tell me they can't deliver to my address because of the location, then hang up on me. Wow, think ill start making the drive to new lex for food from now on.
